f******** b***** people trying to f******* help me

even though i wrote about this yesterday aside from f******* social services nothing helped and now I feel trapped in a nightmare can't escape from this endless curcil or s**** . I didn't have a good day because I started listening to depressing music on the bus while talking to people on snapchat . the social services yesterday said this

1) take time off social media

2) call mental health team when you feel your suicidal feeling are coming back

3) block all the people on snapchat

4) am I pregnant and I said no because my school teacher said that to them I finally got my period

5) they're gonna try and push my appointment and see if they can do this if the psychiatrist / psychologist can see me sooner(this is not happening)

and a bunch about my psychosis and my personality disorder

now I feel trapped and I started swearing when I was on the bus saying the f word to my friends not best friends but others and yeah

plz give me advice what I should do plz

  • listening to depressive music can be bad for some.... although good for others...

if it sets your mind negative you should stop listening to it, and instead focus your mind on the positives, make plans for the future, work towards them, see them grow and progress. pretty much key for a life really as a good plan makes a life. when you focus on the things you want and your progress and plans, your mind goes away from negative put downs, and instead is focused on positive growth. that gets rid of any outside negativity that tries to force itself in through outside sources like music or social media. focus on building your life, progress and advance it in some way. before you know it you will be buying a home and excited and happy while holding down a basic low paid job that can get you by and provide and your mind will be too busy on those excitements and positives than they would be on any negative.

  • Sounds like social services are trying to be really helpful, hopefully your appointment will come through soon. Are you able to make music playlists for different moods of music and only listen to happy or calming music? Would one of your friends get off the bus with you if you felt trapped on it again and wait with you while you calm down? Or walk with you if you’re close to your destination? If this happens a lot on the bus maybe it is triggering a sensory overload and you need  to try and find an alternative transport
