I am a trustee for a young adult family member with autism. I am looking for some experienced advice about how I could help with independent living and to access suitable care packages. Any experience or sources of helpful advice would be very much appreciated
I did try on few occassions ordering online from websites delivering receipe and all ingredients to make a meal, like https://www.gousto.co.uk/ It's really good idea for someone autistic, because you can do it once a week, and have it off your head, and avoid going shopping
Thanks for sharing this. Have you continued to do this ordering on line?
Thanks. The person I want to help does not speak or leave the home. They are able to cook for themselves. It would be a big step in independence if they could do some on line shopping ordering. We have suggested this without success and I am looking for some strategies to encourage it
I did it mostly to collect some new nice receipes. I work in a supermarket so I shop there. But I did here from other autistic it's life saver for them
