RAADS-R Diagnostic Scale

I find myself miserable and scared after attempting a 'faces' test. For instance, I couldn't detect what was wrong with *any* of these three faces. I can't even be sure if the fault is mine:

'Q. Can you tell at a glance what is wrong with two of the three faces below (answer below)':

('The face on the left has closer-set eyes and the face on the right has a raised mouth. The middle face is unaltered')

I could not tell at a glance! After treating it as a spot the difference puzzle I spotted one had the mouth slightly raised. After longer examining I eventually saw the eyes being closer together on one. I agree that if either of those was the person's natural face they ought not to be described as wrong! I think they are only wrong in that they were done by photo editing.

I still can't see anything wrong with them.  

Quod erat demonstrandom.  [Now that really does make me sound like a pompous K*ob].......but is the most apt thing to write given my supposition about you above AND your shameful confession that you would notice a tilted frame.

I have very selective and variable consistency with perceiving subtle distinctions.  I strongly suspect you are actually exactly the same!

Yes there is that. Wrong should be replaced with difference. But I was too eager to play spot the difference  

My excuse is that the question was very badly set.

That’s how I noticed the mouth first, starting from the left and going along the mouths in a straight line, then noticed the last mouth was higher. 

Curiously enough, I probably would notice.

Out of interest would you notice if a hanging picture wasn’t straight? I see the faces you posted as similar. I have a strong urge to see if some things are parallel (not obsessively - my house is a mess - but wonky pictures drive me mad).

That's the issue though - I obviously don't often notice the more subtle distinctions in things, appearances etc etc, whereas it seems that you might.

I trust we know each other well enough for me to safely repeat my disagreement with your point... I think the shape of this face is very distinctive.  Should I be interpreting your words to mean "there is no extreme change evident"....in which case, isn't that the whole point?  Sorry to sound pedantic - I'm just trying to understand your point.  With het cis manlove x
