Disclosing to employer

Hi there

I'm wondering what people's experiences are of disclosing their autism to their employer. Please share good and bad if you feel able. Will help me work out my thoughts on it.

I partially disclosed (ie to my manager and his manager, but not to other colleagues). One was very supportive, one ignored it completely (but to be fair because of the nature of the job I do, I wasn't really asking for any support, just flagging that I might in future).
