Hi there

I'm wondering what people's experiences are of disclosing their autism to their employer. Please share good and bad if you feel able. Will help me work out my thoughts on it.

  • Hello! I'm Brazilian and I had my diagnosis 5 months ago. I had previously informed my employer about the suspicion and when I received the diagnosis they accepted it well. They supported me throughout the process. I believe that the view regarding autism is changing in companies, especially in multinationals.
