Hi All 

I'm currently on long term sick leave from work 

Tomorrow I've been called in for a meeting 

I'm going to discuss my mental health disabilities and autism 

Has anyone else done this and what if any support did your employer offer

  • That's a difficult one as every employer is different. Some will be fantastic others will be meh. My employer was thankfully very understanding and supportive, way better than MH team I have. 

    Could you broach the subject and see what the general feeling is regarding it? That might give you an idea of what to expect.
