Asperger's frustration

I have just been to see the GP and I feel a bit frustrated about how it went. It was not the same Dr I normally see as she was off sick. I just don't think I connected. It seems to happen alot that:

I find it hard to express myself,
the person doesn't seem to have insight,
the resposibility then falls on me to explain and understand myself even more,
that is difficult,
Repeat the above steps....

Cheers :) - its feels better to just know that other people have the same experiences :)
I think that sometimes people just look at me and think 'whats the problem' and 'you seem normal' - just making assumptions. I think they expect me to somehow 'look Aspergers'.
