I have copied people so I look more mainstream. 
The first time is when I was 7 years old. I couldn't read or write, so I watched how other children read all the books. Before long I had memorised all of the books.

when the girls played skipping or the clapping games I was not coordinated enough.

the girls didn’t include me in play they used to say, “don’t ask her she can’t skip, she’s know good at playing”. So I played on my own I felt more comfortable that way.

There have been many times I’ve copied others.

  • Sometimes I see someone who I think looks great or is able to do things I wish I could do and find myself really wanting to be them and then I'll try to do as they do. This is exhausting and leaves me feeling drained and empty after.

    But generally I try not to do this. Just try to be myself.
