  • Hi, I'm sorry you are not feeling well. Did anything change which impacted your mood? Is there anything you can change in your environment to make things better? Are you currently working or studying? Can you take some time off? Can you do some activities you love? I am also really struggling with low mood and hopelessness at the moment and feeling very trapped- It's so hard. I wish I could help more and offer better advice but I also haven't figured it out yet and what works for one person might not work for someone else. I only joined this forum quite recently but the people here have been extremely supportive. I'm sorry I cannot help more, I am sending you lots of strength and energy.

  • i try to work it off doing some things in the house and then i start crying i had a beravement my nan and grandad passed away

  • I'm so sorry, that is really hard. I lost my gran 2 years ago and my adopted grandad a longer time ago. Were you close to your grandparents? It sounds like you are doing the right thing by trying to distract yourself by doing some things around the house. It takes time when something like this happens- be kind to yourself. Maybe also try to take some time to do things that are good for you/ that you used to enjoy (even if at the moment that is difficult). I find being outside or going for walks can be very good for me and helps me clear my head.
