Does anyone listen to this podcast? I recommend it, it can be quite funny. Robyn and Jamie are really great autistic hosts.

You are very welcome! I am glad you enjoyed it, yes there are lots of podcasts about autistic experience. It’s brilliant! Do you have a favourite episode?
Thank you so much! I only recently found out that Spotify offered podcasts (had always thought it was just a music-streaming app), and hadn't even thought to search under 'autistic'. Much appreciated
Yes, that’s the episode, it’s called ‘My days are never the same’. He’s quite a remarkable man.
The one with the man who was diagnosed at the age of 72 was heartbreaking, he also had severe dyslexia.
Are you referring to the episode with Peter Street? I have not listened to that episode fully. The way he was treated in school was awful, he was just misunderstood. He shouldn’t have had to wait so long to understand that he was autistic, but at that time there was very limited knowledge/language to describe being autistic. Also previously dyslexia was mistakenly thought to be related to intelligence.
Thanks for your other recommendation.
I agree the podcast is really interesting, it depends on the guest that is interviewed.
You are very welcome, I particularly recommend the episode called ‘Falling off my chair laughing’ as the title suggests it is very funny.
Hi, I’ve listened to them and found the topics really interesting. The one with the man who was diagnosed at the age of 72 was heartbreaking, he also had severe dyslexia. The teachers treated him as rubbish, they made him spend the lessons standing in the rubbish bin which only cemented his own thoughts that he was worthless. I’m thankful society has changed its attitude. Another good podcast is by Sara Gibbs it’s called Aut-hour, she interviews autistic authors.
Yes, I have lots I want to listen to on Spotify including Especially Interesting. On this podcast autistic people info dumping to each other about their dedicated interests.

If you just search ‘autistic’ or ‘autism’ podcasts on Spotify you can find lots.
This looks really interesting - I didn’t know about this - thanks for posting about it :)
I haven't listened to it yet but I definitely will, have you any other autism podcasts that you recommend?
