Do you work?

Do you work, or study, or just do things around the house?

I'm jobless at the moment. But I am looking for work but I failed at school and have nothing to aid me getting a job. The idea of working makes me so nervous but surviving without income looks hard, and in time I want my own family one day so I need to be able to provide.

I was looking at studying but I'm too nervous and I'm not very good at learning which I guess is why I failed school.

So at the moment I'm just doing things around the house and am trying to better myself Slight smile

  • I'm working again, but it's just another job, qualifications didn't help me get a career one, I come out to weird on interviews I reckon

but I had 2 months unemployed last year, scary prospect as there is nobody to support me, and I have to pay my bills somehow

I'm thinking about becoming writer now, i found out during unemployment last year that I can write :D still question remains how to sell it? Anyway my first book is slowly moving forward.

when I was looking for work I thought it could work for me to become live-in housekeeper, but it's last resort I think

  • Hi Mariusz,

I have an ex-boyfriend who is a self-published writer. If you're serious about writing, I could give you the link to his publishing website?

  • Hi Mariusz,

I'vr just signed-up for one of those free OU short courses doing Creative Writing. I did wonder a few years ago if i could write. At the time someone suggested to me the best way ro start was, do some blogging, and try to get followers who may then buy your Ebook. The blogs you'd written could form the base of any book.
