Is the UK sexier now?

Guys, the thread to this one has got me giggling my socks off, but if any one could explain the original joke I'd be appreciative.

The serious answer is, no!  The UK is not sexier!  And is certainly now decidedly less cool.

OK, best I leave the politics out of it lol

It is a complimentary term for an attractive bottom*. This can be somewhat subjective though.

Personally I went pink on top and brown round the sides. But thought it looked silly so went to pink (and shiny) all over
