Vegetarianism

Hi!

I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.

Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.

I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.

Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?

    4 grated carrots, salted, plus 1tbsp rice vinegar, leave it for a while, lets say 15min, add 1tbsp olive oil, 1tsp of chia seeds, a lot of chopped corainder, i usually take whole bunch, around 30g, and that's a bit to much, 10g should do
