Hi!
I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.
Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.
I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.
Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?
tip to stop hunger for few hours, making it easier to restrain oneself to 3 meals a day is to design meals so they contain at least 30g of protein, it is about 5 boiled eggs, or 3 tinned mackarel in tomato sauce from ALDI, tiny tins
Thank you very much for the suggestions!
My problem is I'm very fussy with food, I have taste, smell and texture aversions. Hate chick peas, tomatoes and tomato sauce, eggs, etc. Thank you though!
I will just have to stick with veggie pasta and quorn nuggets hahaha
quorn mince makes a hell of a spaghetti bolognese, looking real enough to fool meat eaters, tested :D
you do not know my vegan friend :D
but theoretically, experimentaly, you could replace tomato sauce with tapenade made of peppers and olives
bolognese another one im iffy with, see. my taste buds hate tomatoes, im trying to force myself to like them in certain dishes , eg tomato pasta, but sometimes i just cant stomach it.
i must be one of the fussiest eaters out there!
