Hey guys,
When I'm over stimulated, I use humming to block out noises and help ground myself.
at work this is very difficult for me because I'm so use to humming, I work for the Ambulance service as well, I know it's hard to change my behaviour but even I hate humming and I want to try find an alternative.
would anyone have any suggestions please?
I speak from practical experience of living with someone who enjoyed humming for hours, it is very very annoying.
