I've deleted this post because one member was offended by its content. It's not my intention to offend anyone, simply to share my thoughts and experiences. And while I cannot predict what some individuals will find interesting or contentious, I can remove content once someone signals to me that they are offended by it.

  • In my own experience,  I find that people don't hear things until the conditions allow them to be ready to do so. On a forum you can't tell when that's the case for each person. If someone asks for advice, or vents a problem,  it's worth offering your perspective. You never know, this time may be the moment it resonates with them. You can offer your thoughts on a matter, and move on. Even if that particular person isn't ready to take the advice, someone else who reads it might be.
