Different textured clothing

I have bad sensory reactions to touching most man-made fabrics - rayon being the exception. Nylon is the worst by far. If I touch it with my fingertips I get a visceral revulsion. I just shudder and want to curl up and die. The reaction can last for 10 minutes or more. I only wear cotton or linen, I can wear and stand wool, but not next to the skin, this is just from its scratchiness, not from a response to its feel. I also remove all labels that might come into contact with my skin and wear underwear inside-out, to prevent irritation from the seams.

I have thought about inside out underwear, might give it a go now, thanks for the encouragement.

I do get a certain amount of ribbing from my family about it, however. The big seam on the waistband is the worst, especially if its in line with the belt on your trousers.
