i just want to see if there was anyone else that just gets so overwhelmed and upset by not understanding things, and get so stress and turns in meltdown
I think that if there's a lot to learn, but not enough time to learn it all, then that can get overwhelming and stressful. So I break things down to smaller pieces, and learn one thing at a time, and make a game of it. And if I get anxious, I slow it down, and learn that one thing (and only that one thing) for a day or two, before moving onto the next. Your brain will eventually recognize a pattern, so even if it's some obscure word in a foreign language, if you only see that word for a day or two, your brain will eventually remember it.

Yeah definitely true
Yeah, when you ask people to explain something, sometimes they get mad at you, or say bad things about you. So I learned to teach myself things most of the time.
