Not understanding things

Hello everyone

i just want to see if there was anyone else that just gets so overwhelmed and upset by not understanding things, and get so stress and turns in meltdown

  • I think that if there's a lot to learn, but not enough time to learn it all, then that can get overwhelming and stressful. So I break things down to smaller pieces, and learn one thing at a time, and make a game of it. And if I get anxious, I slow it down, and learn that one thing (and only that one thing) for a day or two, before moving onto the next. Your brain will eventually recognize a pattern, so even if it's some obscure word in a foreign language, if you only see that word for a day or two, your brain will eventually remember it.
