Adult with autism in need of guidance with MATE CRIME

Hello all, I’m writing on behalf of a close friend(with his consent) 30year old male with diagnosis of ASD, ADHD and MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. He’s had a rough up bringing with the only family member he has to kick him out onto the streets at 16years old. Despite the struggles of everyday life he become a father 6years ago to be told  he’s not good enough to be Involved. He bravely went through terrible court battles despite being on the child’s birth certificate he was not granted access by the mother. Court granted him access through a contact centre and they praised him as father. Hitting a low after all he’s been through and the abuse he’s suffered…he was targeted by the child’s mother and the one family member who disowned him at 16years old to sign over all his parental rights with the promise of regular access to be in his child’s life. The promise was a fraud as the mother could not find any other ways to prevent contact.
He has always maintained child support payments each month and still on going…but no where to turn to for advice, guidance and of course reassurance. He’s been mislead, deceived and treated as if he’s a criminal(no criminal convictions what so ever) surely this is wrong!! Seeking urgent help please.

    Since the age of 16 he’s lived on his own in shared housing. He works two jobs, drives very interesting and Intellectual…I did tell him maybe he should write these post as my spelling is horrendous let alone grammar. So apologies lol! 
    I find people on the spectrum tend to be very honest maybe too honest for their own good sometimes. Also very trustworthy. As I have a son 13years old with a Diagnosis of ASD at just 2years. They share similar traits…in a beautiful kind world then these traits are great but this world we live in. People are cruel and it’s very distressing. 
     
    All through out his court cases to gain access the mother stopped at no limits to tarnish his name soo much soo he truly didn’t understand to the point he believed he was exactly what she said he was (emotional abuse) god knows how this would lay on a mind of someone on the spectrum. Even accepted a contact centre which I find bizarre as he has no criminal record, no sign or aggression etc but accept anything dangled in front of him. The contact centre wrote a statement to the court praises his abilities as a father.”one of the best they’ve seen and had the pleasure of meeting” 

    It pains me to know that a woman would truly stop at no limits to see a positive of a father and turn it into a negative    To promise to be consistent and show fairness regarding a child who’s simply loved! to corner a vulnerable person into signing something they did not understand and just like that got away with doing so… He’s only connection now is the child support payments if the money is well spent towards the child he’ll never know but he wouldn’t ever stop them. Otherwise what is a father and what would his purpose be…

    Eunice Mod these are fab links do you have any contact with any of them yourself? Solicitors courts etc it’s all expensive is there are charitable aid I know in domestic violence cases they offer support but I’ve struggled to find anything for vulnerable adults?
