Friendship advice

It is an incredibly brave and noble thing to do to give up a kidney for another human being - it is not a simple operation and comes with all sorts of risks and repercussions.    They are likely to feel very ill afterwards - weak and in pain - so I wouldn't have though keeping in contact with friends would be their first priority - don't take it personally..

All you can do beforehand is let your friend know that you're there for them - make sure they know that you'll help as much as you can and that you'll be there for them in they need to talk.

I think, I should, say something to her. I know it's a big thing that they both about to go, through. Yes I do know her, 

ok u know her well. Way better than me so what do u think u should do ?

Which is why I fear it may happen this time round. 

I fear it aidie, because she has a tendency to go silent on everyone when she can't cope. It's happened in the past. 

why do u fear your friend is going to reduce talking to you ..... is that not a bit of a leap?
