Bosses to avoid if possible

The work situations I have been in where relationships have completely broken down have all had two things in common:  the main one is that the "boss" had to control every aspect of me and work, this seemed to validate their sense of being a "boss"; the second thing which is destructive is they do not listen.

What have you noticed about the impossible boss?

  • Social psychopaths(aka the boss) and people on the Autism spectrum do not mix class.

    So, there is no real debate here... Autism spectrum people, need trust and true two sided communication in a work place.

    I would find employment were you work under your own steam or in a work environment with minimum cognitive force by others, aka the boss whipper who thinks he has a position, title rank and owes you in some way.

    Your conflict here is...,  you know the boss is an ********,, he knows that you know that, so he sees you are a threat, thus you must be destroyed under his control games. Play him at his own little game,, destroy him first, he has more to lose. Put in complains, tell others about him, be blunt with him, etc, etc,, it is the only language he will know. Try and get the sack, but you will not, because if you complain first to the higher bosses in writing for a written record before you react to him. Then complain of a unfair dismissal, not that it will come to that, try and get other employees on side first. FIGHT OR FLIGHT !
