My kids had a 2 night sleepover with their cousin. They coming back soon, I've really missed them, though I'm not sure I can deal with their noise lol

starting chainsaw job   --- assuming my chainsaw starts. its a 1980s stihl  

neiither could i --- too much light too much heat 

but how was the Ulster American Folk Park. is it still a bit strange ?

Can't sleep.

did another late evening "meditation by walking", it was such a beautiful evening here. The water and coast scenes with all the  wildlife where just magical. So pleased just being part of the whole thing.

its will be hot.      that place is known for midges.

I feel much better today, after yesterday's stress-related headache and baring my guts out.

My dishes have all been cleaned, now. And I have my alarm set for eight tomorrow morning. I'll be getting ready for tomorrow and my trip to the Ulster American Folk Park.

went for meditative walk this morning

I was sick yesterday evening. It was an ongoing stress-related headache. It's only ten minutes ago that I mopped the toilet. It stinks of puke.

I had another elongated sleep. Didn't get up today until 12:20 pm. It's probably a shutdown.

Now listening to my Sunday YouTube sermon. I need to be a well.

But, hey, Brentford will be in the Premiership next season.

I've just filled out an enquiry form to book a bungee jump!

Nice sunny weather yesterday, so I bought a full day bus ticket and went travelling with my camera.

I enjoyed some of the towns and villages.  Others I passed through were such hell holes, it made me appreciate the area where I live.

I had one fall in my walks, I came away with scratches and bruises to my arm and leg, nothing broken.

I may post photos later, after I take a bath
