My library has loads, most you can download but some like the one I am getting today are on CD.  in fact the one i am getting is Red Notice which is also a film on Sky so I'm going to listen to it then watch the film.

I like crime stories, never tried audio books but sounds good

listen to some audio books, I like crime and thrillers especially those based in the UK as i can imagine the locations.

I would give anything to ride on a motorbike again. I can't move neck or shoulder so unfortunately I won't be doing much. That's ok, I had no plans other than walking infront of a car. I will likely just sleep a lot.

yep, and i'm out on my motorbike tomorrow, what are you up to (arm permitting)?

it's good you can see the positive side, I'm on my last meeting of the week then off to the library to pick up an audio book i have on order

It's at least distracted me from very dark thoughts. Restful weekend ahead. Did you finish work early? Are you able to chill and recover?

Little mishap at work. Couple hours in hospital. Dominant arm in sling.

So I'm exhausted. The last few days have been hard. Too many meetings, too much task-switching and too much people managing. I've been overloaded a lot recently and I could barely stay awake today - although some of that is to do with the heat. 

I've a quiet day tomorrow (so far) so plan to leave early before my long weekend.

i do yoga weekly and run a couple of times so that helps to keep me going

I can appreciate that. I hope it all goes ahead quickly and smoothly,  so there's less stress. Remember to look after yourself though.
