    I have a guest! My partner. We live in different countries. Covid has not been good news. Focusing on veggie recipes, I am not a veggie, therein umuy the challenge.

    Today it is baked camembert with pears, rice a d cheese, a d pear liquor. Tomorrow, nut roast with with baked parsnips, carrots and potatoes with bread sauce. For Boxing day there will ve cauliflour baked in olive oil,  nutmeg and sage, maybe with tomato puree.
