Had a very busy week at work but pleased I only had one small meltdown. Karate this morning was frustrating as I made lots of mistakes and I know that it's the small details I forget. Next grading is in September so trying to get lots of practice in

Thanks  I've noticed as I've gone up grades it's become more difficult to remember everything and follow strings of instructions especially in Japanese but my Sensei is aware of this.

Green, my 5th belt, about halfway to Black 

i refused all grading and became a sparing person for black belts ( in Judo )  i loved just fighting ,,,,,,   but dont do that get some belts so u can instruct etc 

what belt are u at moment ?
