i do yoga weekly and run a couple of times so that helps to keep me going

I can appreciate that. I hope it all goes ahead quickly and smoothly,  so there's less stress. Remember to look after yourself though.

sort of, reason i am moving is we are getting a divorce so on the one hand a chance to do what i want, on the other the loss of the house we built 26 years ago
