I ran a 7 mile fell race slower than I would have liked to. Then I can't really remember the rest of the day as I think I'm depressed and seem to spend a lot of time finding it hard to move.

Quick update, I'm trying to get help from the gp. Getting through on the phone is impossible so I've filled in an online form.
