Today I attended a routine medical appointment at my local medical centre to have a blood sample taken and a blood pressure check.

I just cannot remember how many months or years it's been since my previous blood/pressure check.

one time my GP took my blood pressure and he said " u're dead u have no blood pressure" then he got very excited, started looking for things, then pulled himself together, and took it again this time i was ok but he sent me for a heart ECG to be sure

so did u get an OK

My blood pressure was 131 over 89. Which is good when considering my history of very high values.
