Same, I feel like I've always been made to believe he isn't a nice person by the media but I found him quite likeable in that video. That is the first time that I have heard him speak. Not very shocking that he is autistic.
You can read a few articles for free. Another article on it. If anything, it might de-stigmatise autism in general.

I have mixed feelings about the Musk, but I have to say, that video is hilarious.
yes exactly she was very good at delivery of jokes long spaced out jokes. she made it look easy but she must have written and practised it a lot because it her timing was exceptional --- very good comedian
I watched her when I had recently been diagnosed. It helped because I saw it as a positive. I think she's a good role model as showing that you CAN have a sense of humour and it's not just about boys who like trains. It was nice to see someone who didn't bang on about being on the spectrum but was able to approach her difficulties with humour.
yes I have watched her show on Netflix ( 1 hour +) ,,, that she was brilliant I totally agree. there is also a documentary about her life I havent watched that yet ( again on Netflix )
Not hijacking the thread but there's an australian comedian called hannah gadsby who's quite good. She's autistic. There's youtube of her on some Irish chat show (so your elon musk link reminded me of it) and she's had stuff on netflix.
Have you ever seen him interviewed? It's screaming out of him! I'm an old fart - I watched the moon landings and the whole Apollo / Skylab back in the day.
It's also a standing joke - what do you call a group of aspies all in one place? NASA.
I get the feeling that you've never met the 'super-professional' aspies that can do more and perform better than their peers. The true 'Mr Data' types.
There were 2 types of astronaut in the old days - the seat-of-the-pants test-pilot Alpha male - they survive on reactions. The others were the super-nerds who knew how to solve problems and do the right thing.
Have you ever met any other auties or aspies? Your views seem very limited.
