advice on warm light bulbs - all mine are probably bright white...

i've got cfl's, and some led lights... flourescents........... these are all BRIGHT WHITE. does anyone know of any low energy alternatives for these BRIGHT WHITE bulbs? they're like a LOUD NOISE.

sorry for all the shouting, but that's how the lights feel to me. or do people use those energy inefficient incandescents?

i'm thinking of buying colored paper, to shield my light bulbs. currently, i use white paper (because that's what i have).

tysm! happy easter, for those of you so inclined. for those not so inclined, happy sunday, or is it passover on sunday?

  • one of my special topics! Never buy a bulb which is cool. There are really amazing LEDs now with warm colour temperature - 3000k or more. Pay attention to lumens too, things over 330 will probably be too bright. I tend to aim for 3000k, 330lm which is normally 3-4watts and also very low power consumption.
