I am a 39 year old female undiagnosed. I have an 11 year old who was diagnosed at age 4 . She has never been an obstacle to me only a relatable mess that I could short cut to an acceptable social pretend or not care .I am not sure I'm autistic I've always been antisocial unless chemically induced. The last 3 years I have regressed to something that resembles can't try or won't go on.Leaving my home is the hardest thing I don't do.Ive been choosy about where I go if I go and should I go my whole life but this is a new monster .A week old corpse has more vitamin D than I have maybe .It is very depressing because after 3 years I could understand quality of life and deterioration of personal dignity My mom was suddenly unfunctionally agoraphobic and had fibromyalgiabefore reaching my age.I would like to know if anybody has similar knowledge or experience of this happening to maybe.anyone else.I need to prepare my daughter to actually see a therapist if she can't walk out her door . Don't be rude about my text errors I never text I refuse to send emails but I'm desperate to know will she be ok because she's diagnosed. I can't imagine her reaching out to anyone. Tell somebody that your struggle with leaving the house just became unbearable and you are unfunctionally tired .Did anyone elses mom have fibromyalgia or agoraphobiaia?

I can give you my experience and tell you as a 40 something female, that I have had some similar issues and learned a great deal self-care so I could properly be a mum to my son. I had a difficult childhood and grew up poor. I felt incredibly hopeless and lost in my early 20s.

In my experience, though it became important I was as healthy as possible for my son. Not just to be able to think clearly but also children only learn by watching, he always knew when my words didn't match my actions, so I decided I would learn perspectives and ideals to put them into alignment. Now he's in his 20's he exhibits the same actions. He also deals with depression more then I do but we discovered that when he started taking even half the recommended dose of Pukka's Ashwaganda, it really changed things for him. However, because it is a form of Natural Vitamin D, we were mindful he didn't take too much.

I have all sorts of biological malfunctions which I have found ways to counteract. I take half-dose of a daily multi due to a GP recommendation as I'm Gluten Intolerant and I also take a mushroom complex, one which helps my immune system, contains a sufficient amount of D and also has a balancing fungi to help with female issues. Lastly, I've found a company that's incredible but slightly expensive called Crystal Star. I cannot rave enough about them, they've been around since the 70's and have a few formulas that are amazing for women's issues. But I also have to limit my alcohol and sugar.

This may sound overwhelming to you just now. I am also an introvert, but becoming mindful of diet and just doing a little yoga every night has had such an amazing impact. Sometimes even finding a spiritual grounding can be useful to some. My son also has his own work-out routine. He helps promote health with his friends in small ways as well.

I hope this helps. And hopefully others can give you specific resources as well!
