  • To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Functionality of this forum ?

Hi, fairly new to the forum and still trying to find my way around so just wondering can someone answer the following concerns ?   : 

1. Is there somewhere in the main menu of NAS that takes you directly to this Community/discussion/forum ?

2. I've noticed that if wanting to reply to a discussion there are, most of the time either, no means to do so or, at best you can only reply generally to the OP.

3. Sometimes you can and cannot reply to the OP but there are no means to reply back to individuals because there is no ' reply ' tab showing for either or, or both. 

4. There doesn't seem to be a ' Home ' tab to get back to the main discussion/forum/community page after visiting your own profile page or that of others for example.

  • In my experience the page needs to be reloaded several times before the thread reply button shows. You need to flip between the newest / oldest tabs several times before the post reply buttons appear and even that doesn’t work all the time. The floating “quote” button often doesn’t work. And actually it’s only now after months my log in details started working again. Mostly using safari on my iPhone.
