pretty much. Yes they are a very good indicator.
I think so, I self assessed using the shortened AQ-10 from NICE @ https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/cg142/resources/autism-spectrum-quotient-aq10-test-143968 and scored above the threshold. I managed to get an assessment last year and was diagnosed with ASD in September.
(I've also suffered with depression and the occasional bout of severe anxiety for most of my life which now makes sense - because it's my reaction to a world I can't figure out).
Are these sorts of things reliable? I am waiting for assessment. I got 43 out of 50.
heres the overall plan of what u do
Make a list of reasons why u think u are autistic.
include relatives in your family who are autistic or adhd or called weird/different
and a list of occasions when u have been called weird, autistic, different
the list should be electronic ie so you can email it to anyone who wants it.
its that pesky reply
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/autism/getting-diagnosed/how-to-get-diagnosed/
Anxiety and depression perfectly normal responses to ongoing stressful situations.
Put longer reply up last night but its disappeared nit sure of J hit reply button ir phone was playing up?
u are mentioning some autistic traits and autism related co-morbids ( anxiety , depression )
your epilepsy complicates things. But I recommend you ask your GP for an autism assessment
try this online test
