cutting nails with clippers and light switches. i have many more 
Me too with nail clippers, also the sound of someone chomping through a thick nail 
I do bite mine (bad habit!) but it's like tiny bit by tiny but to avoid that loud dull snap noise, ruins my entire day ha can't get comfortable for ages afterwards
