Video call (zoom, teams) exhaustion anyone?

Are others finding them selves in a state of shutdown if you do more than 3 hours in a day on video calls? This is becoming a serious issue for me with doing my job remotely. 

That plus growing sensitivity to noise from household appliances!

  • yea that would shut me down as well! I now attend routine meetings using voice only and that helps me quite a bit. Yes  I also a listening to the house more, its creeks, thuds, and appliances. Its a good thing to notice but not to get obsessed about. It an appliance is starting to get to you a good pair of noise cancelling headphones should be able to deal with them.
