No, Jeremy Kyle is not solely accountable. like i said he is the face and name of the operation but he had an entire team working within the show, People who watch his show are also accountable as they viewing habits and views sustained the show long standing running. ITV is responsible for broadcasting and the production company. 

The people who went on his show where clearly let down by social services, Education and their medical professionals before agreeing to be on the jeremy kyle show. The major issues here is scapegoating the blame on a single person and that is to stop the entire party of people responsible or account for the callous actions. 

From the show production, ITV funding of the television show the accountable parties would be in their thousands of people. Then you have all the people who spectated at the show are also responsible for allowing and accepting this TV for existing.     

And Now Jeremy Kyle's producer has suicided. That show has caused many lives to be lost. Jeremy Kyle is acountable

Many of the autism related suicide and mental health issues are caused by a lack of social intervention and support.

Most of us have to wait over half a decade for a diagnosis that entitles us to financial aid and social intervention that is needed to give some of us the access to opportunities like further education that give us a chance of meaningful long term employment that gives us enough income to live on.

It doesn’t help that the majority of those who are considered high functioning only opportunities into employment are bottom of the barrel entry level jobs where they are desperate for people because of the Horrid work conditions such as livestock stock personnel , Slaughter house operative or elderly career which to be honest with you ends up cripple them physically and mentally. 

Jeremy Kyle is as responsible as that individuals own doctor. They both had a legal duty of care and both didn’t take it seriously. You seem to forget that Jeremy kyle had a team of multiple people working behind the scenes, he was only the face of the operation. 

one of the major issue and reason why autism is not taken seriously are influencer all over social media who have made autism into a business to educate people on autism who have used their position to falsely represent the majority of people on the autism spectrum. 

Sorry to name and shame but Aspie world is one of the reason why some individuals on the spectrum who are struggling are not getting the support. 
his latest vendetta of his has manipulated a sub group of the autism community to attack a uk tv broadcasting company over the social media for deciding not use him as they know understand he is a poor representation of autistic individual. 

this sub group of the autism community verbally adulting people over social media isn’t helping change people opinions of us positively.

Yes we spoke before and I bought your book. I am sure I can write about my court case, but probably not allowed to copy court documents, The regulations all support the police. I was found unanimously not guilty of the main charge - the website it was about was very different to the one presented to the court and was known to be unstable and a scam/fake , but UK police were wanting to have a go at a couple of us out of 400 . They had even written a newspaper article before my trial started, to be published if I was found guilty, with humiliating untrue content. Malicious in the extreme. I had never realised the CPS wrote some of the newspaper rubbish.

Never found a journalist who was allowed to publish anything I write, but they love to publish humiliating stuff about me! Any help with publication much appreciated

I wrote a novel in the distant past of 2012-2013 but I had a lot more time and energy to write back then.

Would you consider doing an interview for a magazine?I've had an article published by Asylum Magazine a mental health magazine, so I can contact the editors there. I could ask you some questions and see if the editors want to publish it. 

Are there any legal restrictions on your being allowed to publish anything about the court case you were involved in?

I know I keep going on about this, but I'm not doing at all well. Can't seem to get any useful help. Tried to get a Safeguarding review for ongoing humiliation by the media and police (as suggested by NAS), but social service said I was a vexatious complainer and made all sorts of aggressive abusive comments about me.  ( exactly the type of things I feel vulnerable to)

I am being tortured by major authorities and am stuck in thinking a about suicide, hopeless, helpless and abused.

Can't believe the police caught me in a what I knew was a scam website, but in court they made out it was genuine and that I had thought it genuine. 

I believe their motives were obtaining their costs from me ( about £300,000) and getting a target conviction.

Convicted for following Samaritans advice for a 1 minute phone call, seems cruel. The courts don't like to back down from a conviction either and don't seem to understand major tragedies like Sally Clarke or me.

Seems bizarre and I can't stop thinking about it. Started a book about how the police and major organisations  are focussed on finances and targets rather than truth and justice (while I am fighting to stay alive and keep going , using 100s of psychological techniques).  Seems there's loads of scams about now , but I never realised the police would make out they were genuine and use one to prosecute me as if genuine.

Would any be interested in this sort of book??

A danger that the police would block it. They are very powerful and never like to admit they made a mistake. I tried to complain , but the just say they "disapply " the complaint and never answer the questions I raise.

No one knows what to say. I think no one understands yet more people are dying from suicide. Don't believe the media stories. The only people you can believe are the writings of those who died.

Caroline Flack another mystery as to why the police were not found guilty of precipitating her death.  They had been. 

Big organisations look after themselves very well 

Jeremy Kyle should be held responsible for the death of this man and a dreadful televised trauma to numerous other people. He should be made an example of. I think he should go to prison 

I hate the Jeremy Kyle show.

I just don't understand why so many people watched it and found it entertaining.  To me it's just bad taste.

It reminds me too much of my real, family situation.
