She was awarded pip enhanced when she was 16 she has recently been re assessed and awarded 0 points .

She asked them to look at it again and the same response zero points. I have a copy of her mandatory reconsideration letter received   today .

She is at her whits end today and has developed a skin condition now due to stress . She lives independently near me for support and now the concern is that she will now lose her home too on top of this

  • Try contacting the Citizens Advice Bureau, they help with benefits.

Next tune she applies she needs to get across how vulnerable she is. She needs to tell them how she feels on her worst day, they try to catch you out with the questions, they are friendly to try to make you forget your problems.
