The NHS and GPs are evil. They have treated me like crap consistently. I told them I was suicidal and they did nothing. They don't care. They're evil. I want to die right now. None of you here care, whatever pretences you make, I know that is true.

  • Plenty of people do commit suicide. Sometimes it is good to assume no one cares, in order to make independent progress. Indeed it seems that few do care about us socially awkward people, namely due to the relational factors involved with empathy. But occasionally someone cares and it is a nice surprise :-)
