Hi. To the point, I've just turned 46 and just been diagnosed as be autistic. This has made me think a lot about everything but I'm having trouble making sense of it all. Not sure where to start to be honest. I was told that trying to talk to other adults might help.

    I am 34 and just recently diagnosed.  I’m going through a process of reframing my experiences in the context of being autistic - I have found this a positive experience overall but also there are some instances where I am angry that I was not supported when I was clearly struggling massively.
