Delivery Time Slots

“Sorry, we appear to be running late” - I could have told them this... an update would be nicer but their customer service line is completely automated! 

I think they expect you to use their app to track the delivery van. (my two pence worth)

I managed to get an online grocery delivery reserved on the Asda app, but not until Monday 25 May. At least that's a sign of progress; and that the backlog is down significantly.

I got lucky with the Sainsbury’s slot his being early threw me. It is however getting slightly easier - Morrison’s are the easiest I’ve found to get slots with. 

Some deliver quite far my Sainsburys delivery yesterday came from Hedge End which is 33 miles away! We have closer Sainsbury’s but we are in a flexible post code area so when the one that usually delivers (which is 9/10 miles away) get overloaded - other stores step in. In fact I’ve had 3 Sainsbury’s deliveries to date since living here and they’ve come from 3 separate stores. Our nearest Morrison’s is 10 miles away or more and they deliver, though their availability has been poor.
