Deliveries getting really bad!

Find this really frustrating as I've always had everything delivered and usually stuff comes in a couple of days.

Bought some noise cancelling headphones April 28th got the invoice with tracking number saying to wait 2 days so waited till following week (as it was weekend anyway) Number still doesn't work on royal mail, doesn't work on companies own site (that I bought them from). Emailed 3 times no reply.  Found a chat thing on their site to leave a message, left one got an auto reply that disappeared out of my inbox!  tried again..this time typed in the auto reply to stop it disappearing, still waiting to see if I can get a reply!

Leaving me feeling stressed cos I can't get any kind of answer immediately (or at least within a day of an email) and they haven't turned up.

Don't know how I will get a refund if they don't turn up as the company doesn't seem to like answering their messages or email and the headphones were over £200 so can't afford to not pursue it for a refund if they don't arrive.

Any ideas who I contact to get my money back if they still won't answer and the headphones still haven't turned up by the end of this week?

Thanks

Kit

  • I haven't got any info at all.  No idea where it is, .Royal Mail site can't track it and the company (called TechInTheBasket - don't recommend them at all will never use them again) have not replied to any emails or messages just asking if they could check the tracking number was correct cos Royal Mail didn't recognise it  Also tried the tracking on the companies own page and the tracking wasn't recognised!

Even if they are having to work from home they should be able to answer emails and it didn't stop them taking my money! when I purchased them there was no message that they could not despatch items bought.

They still seem to be posting stuff on FB but not answering. Since found out though other people are getting the same messages on RM's site for their parcels (all bought from different places) but that's still no excuse for the company not to even bother to answer any emails! Someone is around they're posting ads on their FB page about their 'Bank Holiday Sale'!

I got the email from trust pilot reviews last week asking to review my item, they're not going to like my review I can tell you that now! Maybe a bad review is what will take for someone to get back to me? ..as everyone is so anxious to only get 5 star reviews these days even if they are false!

  • The sorting offices are overwhelmed with Amazon stuff and everyone else buying online - and they can't cope with the social distance rules because of the designs of their workplace.      I bought a micro-SD from Currys on the 24th April and it took over 2 weeks to arrive - I could track it's slow journey around the country being mis-sorted and mis-sorted again.   It went from Yorkshire to Hemel Hempstead to St Albans to Leicester before being delivered to me.

I suspect your items are on their way - it just might need a little more time.  Smiley
