Self-improvement through femininity

Get in touch with your feminine side. Make a soup/stew with tofu. Because it lowers testosterone - helping reduce aggression and tension - and raises estrogen which unleashes feel-good chemicals in the brain. And put a bikini on too, if you're brave enough!

  • Confused how tofu and stew is feminine lol. Please explain.

Make up, girly clothes, etc stress me out tbh. Give me soil and plants to chill me out. Everyones different  and has different ways to relax.

I'm guessing the above help you? That's good especially right now :)

  • I will try to explain myself lol. Tofu activates estrogen in the body when it's eaten, which is more prominent in females than men, and also lowers testosterone, so makes men more calm.

Well it seems to help me!

I notice there are fewer women on the spectrum who have lots of girly clothes and make up. Not sure why?

Soil is really good. There's been research that indicates it helps psychological wellbeing touching it.

  • it's an interesting topic, particularly how it was discovered in the '40's and 50's on sheep. I read that it was discovered due to a drop in fertility of ewes. It decreased the fecundity (egg production fertility) because the phytoestrogens from clover mimicked estrogen, and therefore suppressed the sheep from producing enough of their own, due to the constant feedback regulation mechanisms of hormones.

So for males and post menopausal females that do not have the HCG feedback loop running it could increase the overall oestrogen levels, whereas for females it could result in suppression of own production. A bit like a natural contraceptive (warning: do not eat clover as a contraceptive unless you are a sheep, in which case please consult with the farmer).

  • I wonder if the quantities that humans consume (given that this includes beans , lentils and many other legume foods) have much effect though. For some communities lentils and beans are staple foods.   But it's great if you have noticed an effect.  Food can be really fascinating.  Thanks again Roswell for an interesting topic and giving me something else to think about today instead of C****a  V***s  you-know-what

A while back i was interested in foods that contain a kind of natural histamine as I thought it triggered my allergies.  I tried to sort out the quack articles from the proper scientific ones, I had a lot of reading to do, then got too busy with work and never did it.

  • Ah, that's important to know! Thanks. I didn't know the full picture. Seems best to be cautious about it then if you're a female.
