What to do with suicidal ideation?

I have to say I agree with you on one level - police corruption and inadequate legal systems are a problem but alone you won’t make enough of a difference and whilst I applause your desire to bring about change it can’t be at the detriment of your family. There is no need for this to eat away at your life - you need to draw a line in the sand and move forward, as difficult as that may be. Please don’t think I’m being negative or that I don’t understand - I do, albeit different circumstances but you have to move forward else it will just keep eating away at you. 

Thanks Anthony. I have been trying this for 2 years but feel myself being destroyed, so now I feel I will die later this year if it does not look like being resolved. I know that sounds odd, but I predicted this before and had a near death cycle accident, brain injury, dvt puma embolus etc . No one believe me the but it happened and I am now disabled and a different person, not the father my children or my wife knew.

I full understand why  asd people often die 10 years before expected. 

no one else seems to understand this and the police have been brutal and knew I was innocent but only prosecuted me for their data ,new cybercrime force and they could have got £200,000 from me if they convinced the jury with what they knew was false information.

we are currently all being warned about scams, but police used scam information to prosecute me. I have plenty of proof they did and it was not about justice but their own self gain, with terrible consequences for me and my family. They are very powerful and sometimes abuse their power and there is no one overseeing them. They have a limitless budget for court cases if they decide to prosecute and are not accountable if they prosecute with fake information and cause harm 

The IOPC is a nonsense joke that is ineffective and is there to help the police. Look at Gary McKinnon Innocent autistic computer nerd like me. I feel we autistic nerds need protection from the harm the law can do. We are vulnerable to police lack of understanding of asd
