What to do with suicidal ideation?

Yes I’ve posted lots before on here and had some supporting but some aggressive responses. I have been convicted for following my doctor’s advice to speak to a man who lost me a very large sum of money which ruined my life.

it was a large bank and the police cybercrime unit who were, in my opinion, both wanting my money, who prosecuted me for going on a fake scam website.

i have appealed but that was rejected

my family are fed up with it all

i can’t stop feeling injustice and guilty for harming my family

so now my choice is do I do a further appeal, to try and change the law and save my life but it will destroy my family.

so my life or my family ?

either way is terrible........ it seems unjust

the courts don’t like appeals as it implies the previous judge was wrong and so virtually all are rejected.

the national criminal appeal support organisation is a joke as despite their enormous budget and size, they only support 0.3% of complaints to them, down from 10 times that 5 years ago.

dont believe the internet it is full of fake  information and scams

  • Dave,

Your obsession with this is destroying both your life AND your family.

You will not 'win' - as you acknowledge yourself in your post, this is a 'zero sum game'...

Make the only sensible choice - drop your crusade, accept that you can't change the past, re-build your family.

"Have the courage to change what must be altered

and the wisdom to know one from the other"

You WANT to change the past but you can't, so you're trying to change the law - you must know by now that won't be possible.

Have the wisdom to realise this.
