  • To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
  • To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Noise Cancelling headphones

Hi

I'm finding the lockdown difficult with my noisy neighbours. Can anyone recommend good noise cancelling headphones? I think they could get me through the lockdown without having a meltdown.

  • I can heartily recommend Sony WH-100xm3 headphones. Again expensive (around £250) but worth it (and slightly cheaper than the Bose ones). I didn't know if headphones would work for me but they make a surprising difference, especially at work. You can also control the amount of ambient sound that gets through (via a mobile app) if you don't want complete noise cancelling :)

    Oh thank you for recommend will check these out too. I think I might need them over the next wee while as I am feeling anxious about noise.
