ANYONE KNOW HOW ABOUT REDOING A UNIVERSITY DEGREE

During my time at university I didn't really receive the support that I should have had especially concerning the issue of Social Isolation and Social Communication difficulties that in a highly interconnected person centered world is a problem that far too many Autism sufferers struggle with. I wasnt diagnosed until 2 years into university and now I am trapped on benefits with physical disabilities developing also as I have characteristics of a condition called Marfans syndrome.

Well the consequence of not having received the support required was that I became disengaged from academic study and graduated with a simple BA Degree that was far below a bankable standard as to say possessing such a degree has prevented me from accessing further study such as a Master's degree qualification at many universities across the country. It has also prevented me from accessing civil service entry level occupations where a good quality degree is a necessity and many private sector employers have also discriminated on the grounds that the degree qualification is not of the acceptable standard. I find myself on UK Government social security benefits for disabled people because having a degree has prevented me from accessing unskilled work because of "Over Qualification" and higher level work because of the need for a 2:2 or above Honours Degree.
I didnt receive extra time in exams
Or specialist equipment
How does one go about starting again with the support ready from day 1
