Would Police confiscate Stimmers from Aspies?

In the midst of coronavirus, I'm worried that Police might confiscate Stimmers from Aspies - in the name of 'Health and Safety.'

Would they? Or does that sound far fetched?

    It's less a situational relief and more a continuous need to be moving and doing something. I've been told off throughout my life for "fidgeting" when really I'm seeking a controlled sensory feedback and use of motor skills in a small but constant way.

    I've intentionally avoided buying a fidget spinner because it would annoy people around me far too much.
