all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have ( even just one thing is a positive step )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think.
1. Im alive.2. I have people who care about me.3. I have things to look forward to.
3 very powerful and important things to be grateful for ..... "I'm alive" its the fundamental and if you are aware of it and remind yourself how wonderful it is leads to happiness ...... hopefully :)
