all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have ( even just one thing is a positive step )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think.
I'm grateful for my bicycle  and my balance.
Those two beauts are gonna get me home now
i love my wee bike as well - doing the mechanics and riding it every day. I find i cant think all anything else when riding my bike. sort of like a type of "no thinking" meditation.
Funny, I do the opposite, every day I spend the bike ride home doing a manic sort of brain dump of all the c**p that happened at work. A sort of mental sluice gate between the work life and the home life.
I think it's the route. Same every day..
